I am 33 years old, a bit of a techie and I love to cook. I went to culinary school for a little while, but didn’t finish. I still dream of one day having my own restaurant. My cooking style can probably drive people nuts. I will probably rely on photos a lot, as I almost never measure things. I love experimenting, most of my dishes end up being “experiments”. I love cookbooks, but I mainly use them as jumping off points. The exception is baked goods and other things that depend on a set formula to turn out correctly such as breads and pastries and the like. Those things I will follow the directions for most of the time. I have a personal blog, but the food stuff was getting lost in everything else, so I decided to make a food only blog.
